Shawn Peck is the SPEP™ Project Manager at EPIS. In this role, he oversees the expansion of the SPEP, influences continuous quality improvement, and supervises Juvenile Justice System Improvement Specialists as they implement the SPEP throughout the state. Prior to this role, Shawn was a Juvenile Justice System Improvement Specialist where he provided technical assistance for Allegheny, Dauphin, Lebanon, and McKean counties to utilize the SPEP. Shawn has been a Level 2 SPEP Trainer since 2014 and trained juvenile probation officers as Level 1 SPEP Specialists to administer the SPEP. Shawn is in the process of achieving Level 3 Master Trainer of the SPEP, and will be intimately involved with all levels of SPEP™ training. He is currently working on a Master of Public Administration at Penn State Harrisburg.
